Exchange: Purchase of Wrong Size

If you have ordered the wrong size of band and would like to exchange this for a replacement, please return the product within 5 days. All bands must be returned undamaged in original packaging and with proof of purchase enclosed along with £4.95 to cover postage costs for your new band.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re delighted to offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not experiencing the benefits that wearing an ION Body Armour band can bring – although we are always happy for you to contact us so that we can determine why and make recommendations for use should this be the case.

For Direct Purchases through this website only, your IBA Band can be returned any time within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is returned with original packaging, in undamaged condition, and with proof of purchase.

For IBA products purchased through our Authorised Retailers, Events, please liaise directly with the Retailer you purchased from as their refund policies may differ from our own. If this is not possible please do contact us and we will be happy to assist where possible.  

Manufacturer Warranty

Should any of our products be found to be defective within 90 days of purchase, please return the product to us, complete with proof of purchase, and we will happily provide a free replacement. A small charge of £4.95 is applicable to cover postage of your new band.

Claims against general wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage and failure to comply with product usage guidelines will not be considered as valid claims.

Making a Return

Where applicable, returns can be made by taking the following steps:

1. For 14 Day Exchanges, products should be returned in their original condition and complete with original packaging. Products will be inspected on return, and we reserve the right to refuse return if products are damaged or excessively worn.

2. Please include Proof of Purchase and a brief written description of your reasons for return, in addition to confirmation of preferred postal address and your £4.95 where a new band is required to be sent.
